Vardiox — Gizlilik Politikası
1. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Aşağıdaki bilgiler cihazınızın yerel veritabanında tutulur, uygulamayı silerseniz birlikte silinir:
- Vardiya takviminiz, vardiya türleri ve çalışma saatleri
- Molalar, alarm tercihleri ve bildirim ayarları
- Yıllık izin kayıtları ve tatil bölgesi tercihi
- Fazla mesai ve ücret hesaplama girdileriniz
- Dil, tema ve para birimi tercihleri
Yedek oluşturduğunuzda bu veriler bir dosyaya yazılır ve dosyayı siz paylaşırsınız. Yedek dosyası bize gönderilmez.
2. Ana ekran widget'ı
Widget'ın çalışabilmesi için yalnızca bugünün, yarının ve içinde bulunduğunuz ayın vardiya özeti, cihaz içindeki paylaşımlı uygulama alanına yazılır. Bu alan cihazdan çıkmaz. Widget'a ücret, maaş, not ve yedek bilgisi aktarılmaz.

Vardiox analitik, kullanıcı takibi veya çökme raporlama amacıyla ayrı bir SDK kullanmaz.
4. Bildirimler
Vardiya ve mola hatırlatmaları cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Uzaktan bildirim gönderilmez ve bu amaçla sunucumuza veri iletilmez.
5. Çocukların gizliliği
Vardiox 13 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamaz.
6. Haklarınız
Verileriniz cihazınızda olduğu için silme işlemi tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir: uygulamayı kaldırmak tüm yerel verileri siler. Abonelik verilerinizin silinmesini talep etmek veya sorularınız için bize yazabilirsiniz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikada değişiklik yaparsak bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.

Vardiox — Privacy Policy
1. Data that stays on your device
The following is kept in a local database on your device and is removed when you delete the app:
- Your shift calendar, shift types and working hours
- Breaks, alarm preferences and notification settings
- Annual leave records and holiday region preference
- Overtime and pay calculation inputs
- Language, theme and currency preferences
When you create a backup, this data is written to a file that you choose to share. The backup file is never sent to us.
2. Home screen widget
To render the widget, only a summary of today, tomorrow and the current month is written to a shared area inside your device. It never leaves the device. No pay, salary, note or backup data is shared with the widget.
3. Third-party services

Vardiox does not include a separate analytics, user-tracking or crash-reporting SDK.
4. Notifications
Shift and break reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No remote notifications are sent and no data is transmitted to us for this purpose.
5. Children's privacy
Vardiox is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Your rights
Because your data lives on your device, deletion is entirely in your control: removing the app deletes all local data. You may contact us to request deletion of subscription records or with any question.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
